What was the highlight of Torres del Mar 1003
The building and condo are in great shape.
The building and condo are in great shape. The pool area is gorgeous. Location is perfect; two small blocks from the beach and minutes walking to a nice mall that has a bit of everything. Also, the people managing the condo and the personnel from the building are great. They do take care of the guests and of any issues that may happen.
I do not rate it 100 because of the a/c inside the condo. The a/c unit is only in the bedroom and in sunny days (VERY common in Santa Marta) the temperature in the living/kitchen/dinning is very uncomfortable. We tried to solve it with floor fans, but with that kind of heat the air from the fans is warm and it does not cool the apartment.
